School Musicals

Purpose

For many years Cashel Community School has held a School Musical. This usually draws a large crowd. For many people the show is an opportunity to become more confident in front of their peers and the public, It is also a great opportunity for people who have talent, singing or acting, to make themselves known. The musicals are prepared months before throughout every day after school.

Staff Involved

There are three teaching staff members that are heavily involved with the show which include Ms. Sheils, Ms. Davern & of course Mr. Murray. The shows also enlist the help of teachers who supervise backstage and costume management. In total about seven or eight teaching staff are involved each year. Apart from the teachers, several TY students also participate backstage.
