Senior Boys Choir Success

Senior Boys Choir Success

On Wednesday 28th February 2018, the Senior Boys choir of CCS travelled to Co. Cork for the Feis Maitiu competition. They sang two songs – Riu Riu Chiu, a 16th Century Spanish piece arranged by Michael McGlynn and Poor Wayfaring Stranger, a Traditional Spiritual piece arranged by Victor C. Johnson. The boys sang very well and took home The Cash’s of Cork Perpetual Trophy, thereby retaining the award which was won by the CCS Senior Girls’ choir in 2017.
